The oxyhydrogen mixture produced by the device is introduced into the intake duct, mixing with the air drawn in through the filter. Its action starts in the combustion chamber, where, through a chemical process of pyrolysis that raises the combustion temperature, it removes all residues from: piston head, cylinder, injector nose, valves, spark plugs, glow plugs, etc. without heating the metals, as the heat is concentrated in the exhaust gas. This heat, together with the moisture from the combustion of the gas, is expelled with the exhaust gas, which is decarbonised after passing through: EGR valve, turbocharger, lambda probe, catalytic converter and FAP/DPF.
DECARBONISATION AND CLEANING OF THE ENGINE
There are a number of reasons why carbon residues build up in a vehicle’s engine. With HHO technology, the vehicle’s performance can be restored easily, quickly and in an innovative way. The oxyhydrogen mixture has a remarkable cleaning capacity. In fact, electrolysis generates a gas that enables all sensitive engine parts to be cleaned in a matter of minutes.
INNOVATION, RELIABILITY AND SAFETY
The device is made of steel, the cell and tank of stainless steel. The hydrogen generator, the heart of the device, is powered by 220 V AC, which allows a high flow rate to be generated, reducing the duration of the treatment. Throughout the process, the unit uses distilled water that has previously been mixed with potassium hydroxide (when first filled). A touchscreen monitor guides the operator through all stages of the process. The unit has a unique safety system that only allows operation when the vehicle engine is running and stops automatically if the engine is switched off. In addition, sensors are installed to detect HHO gas leaks and monitor pressure to ensure greater operator safety.
