The oxyhydrogen mixture produced by the device is introduced into the intake duct, mixing with the air sucked in by the filter. Its operation begins in the combustion chamber, where, through the chemical process of pyrolysis, which raises the combustion temperature, it removes all residues from: the piston head, cylinder, injector nose, valves, spark plugs, glow plugs, etc. without heating the metals, as the heat is concentrated in exhaust fumes. This heat, together with the moisture resulting from gas combustion, is released along with the exhaust gases, which are decarbonized after passing through: the EGR valve, turbocharger, lambda probe, catalytic converter and FAP/DPF.

The device is made of steel, the cell and tank are made of stainless steel. The hydrogen generator, the heart of the device, is powered by 220 V AC, which allows for the generation of high flow, shortening the duration of the treatment. Throughout the entire process, the device uses distilled water, which was previously mixed with potassium hydroxide (during the first filling). A touchscreen monitor guides the operator through all stages of the process. The device has a unique safety system that allows operation only when the vehicle's engine is turned on and stops automatically when the engine is turned off. Additionally, to ensure greater operator safety, sensors are installed to detect HHO gas leaks and monitor pressure.
