Ultrasonic Nebulizer Clean Air

Aerosol spray is carried out by transferring the chemical solution to the surface of a piezoelectric crystal that vibrates at a frequency of between 15 and 20 kHz. This vibration creates a mist floating on the ultrasonic transducer which is driven by the fan to the outlet of the device. The, it is absorbed by the recirculated air causing it to clean and eliminate bacteria and odors. The main advantage of the method is to produce a thin ultrasonic mist at room temperature. Therefore, the particles are not too easily settle on surfaces encountered. This prevents condensation due to the higher temperature of the fluid vaporized in comparison with the environment. Coarse drops are removed during the impact with the walls of the chamber and only those with a
diameter of about 5 to 10μm are able to enter the air vents.
