PAG ISO 46 1L is a automotive grade substance in the air conditioning systems in which R134a is used. This oil protects compressors against premature wear.
The cavity in the container has lubricating properties and is efficient and durable. Allows full mixing with R134a. Provides complete compatibility with the A / C components.
The PAG lubricant used in air conditioning systems has three levels of viscosity:
- rare (ISO 46)
- medium (ISO 100)
- thick (ISO 150)
- universal (ISO 68) - replacing ISO 46 and ISO 100
IMPORTANT: PAG oils are sensitive to damp and absorb the condensed vapor. This is why our product works best when stored in containers that provide protection by tightness.
Our product is characterized by:
- Wide operating temperature range of -68 to +315 ° C, which allows lubrication under specific conditions.
- High miscibility with other oils while allowing for proper lubrication conditions.
- The ability to replace various PAG oils allows you to use this type of oil also in other systems by replacing three measures with one.
- Thin layer of particles on the inner surface of the air conditioning circuit, which allows blocking of the connection which prevents accumulation in the evaporator.
- Ensuring the maintenance of a thin and stable protective layer, thus reducing friction between moving components of the compressors. This reduces the operating temperature and reduces the wear on the air conditioning system components.
This type of oil allows for safer operation of the system and reduces energy consumption in air conditioning systems in motor vehicles.
