The sensor for the electronic leak detector Hydrogen is an instrument that allows for precise control of the tightness in the air conditioning systems of both car and stationary systems using different types of refrigerants. To perform the system diagnostics, a hydrogenem cylinder containing a hydrogen (5%) and nitrogen (95%) mixture is required. An action for leak detection can be performed as in the case of pure nitrogen by filling the system with a mixture contained in the cylinder, while regulating the pressure level in the system with the appropriate regulator. This type of process is called a pressure test. The use of Hydrogenem provides better results than pure nitrogen because of the composition of the mixture, which contains the smallest hydrogen molecules, significantly mniejszcze than the refrigerant or nitrogen, which provides very good effectiveness Detectable leaks penetrate through gaps of even microscopic sizes. An additional advantage of hydrogen is its low weight property and thus it is lighter than air floats which allows to cover the whole system test. The tester that is attached to the set is moved along the system and the tip equipped with a properly sensitive detector records even the smallest leakage density in the form of Hydrogenu and, based on the results, you can determine the size of the leak in the system Air conditioning.
