| Modern vehicle cooling systems consist of a single circuit with different temperature zones. The complexity of the system foresees the presence of thermostats, diaphragms and electrical tachometrycznych pumps (i.e. capable of detecting any airspace resulting from an abnormal emptying). After repair work requiring removal of coolant from the engine, the liquid must be refilled, providing for the total absence of airspace inside it. The kit includes a universal filling cone, which guarantees good maintenance on the tank, filling device and pipe for entering the new liquid into the system. 1. Create a vacuum in the system • After inserting the connection cone into the filling tank, connect the compressed air to the unit and create a vacuum inside the circuit • When the vacuum pressure gauge reaches full scale, close the compressed air connection and check the seal. The vacuum indicator must remain stationary to maintain the correct vacuum level achieved. |

2. Filling • Connect the filling pipe with the new coolant with the compressed air connection valve closed, open the lower valve connected to the pipe filling with the new coolant. The filling process will start automatically and end when the vacuum indicator is close to 0 bar. |
