If you become our customer, your data will be used for the purpose of the contract or activities necessary before its conclusion (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). This applies in particular to the payment data, the place of delivery of goods, persons authorized to carry out the order, issuing sales documents and allowing you to exercise the rights under the guarantee.
We process your personal data in order to ensure the functionality of the website (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. ATTENTION! At any time you have the right to withdraw your consents, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the data are withdrawn. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.). It may happen that your data will also be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR- legitimate interests pursued by the Magneti Marelli Aftermarket. We use your data only where it is needed and in a minimal scope (mainly operations related to our contract). The scope of the data is in particular:

TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE DATA
Your data, depending on the purpose of processing, are disclosed particular to:
· Our authorized employees,
· Service providers,
· Companies from the Magneti Marelli Group in Poland responsible for a specific product / service.
DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
We store your personal data for the period required by applicable law or another period depending on the purpose of processing.
According to the applicable regulations, you have the following rights:
• the right to access the content of your data,
• the right to correct your data,
• the right to request deletion of your data,
• the right to limit data processing,
• the right to object to the processing of data,
• the right to obtain a copy of the data,
• in certain cases, the right to transfer data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES
In case you want to apply to our company, your data will be used to implement the recruitment process.
The three main types of data we collect are:
• contact details,
• data on career progression and previous employment
• data on your qualifications / skills.
Your data is processed on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974- The Labor Code, in particular art. 221 and in the case of your consent - the data will be processed also for the purposes of future recruitment, based on art. 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR.
IMPORTANT! You have the right to withdraw the consents at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the withdrawal.
It may also happen that your data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR (legitimate interests pursued by the company) - you can object at any time - for reasons related to your specific situation - to the processing of your data based on this article from the GDPR act.
The data provided for the recruitment needs are given voluntarily, however, they are necessary to verify candidates for work - failure to do so will result in a lack of opportunities to participate in the recruitment process.
Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Sp. z o. o. does not use data from recruitment processes for other purposes.
Access to your data is only granted to authorized employees of Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Sp. z o. o., in particular HR employees, the Management Board of the Company and the manager of the department to which you apply.
Data from recruitment processes will be processed up to 1 year from the date of completion of a given recruitment process and / or in the case of consent for future recruitment processes up to the moment of withdrawal, but not longer than 3 years.
Please be advised that you have the right to request from Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Sp. z o. o. access to personal data concerning your person and obtain a copy thereof, as well as demanding their rectification, deletion of data, limiting their processing and the right to object to their processing.
Please be advised that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization, they will not be processed in an automated manner, they will also not be used for profiling.
