Coding Bosch, Delphi and Denso Injectors

With CRU2R / CRU4R devices, it is possible to generate new codes for Bosch injectors (IMA, ISA), Delphi (C2i, C3i), and Denso (QR Code), and perform the piezo element regeneration procedure for Bosch, Denso, and Siemens/VDO piezoelectric injectors. For Bosch coil injectors, a ball valve stroke generator is built in. An extensive database for all types of electromagnetic and piezoelectric injectors: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens / VDO / Continental. Free, automatic updates of software.

BK-iVM - dynamic weight measurement injector output
Accurate, repeatable and fast electronic measurement of injection doses and overflows. Only world-wide measuring system, which does not contain movable parts filtration or temperature calibration. It upports measurement of partial doses injected one after another as it takes place in the engine. Repeatability: 0,05%, accuracy: 0,2%.
iPSC - spray chamber
Illuminated spray test chamber under hypertension conditions. Allows you to observe injection pressure up to 2500 bar. Chamber enables visual distinguishing partial doses as it takes place in the cylinder.

injection pressure of opening the injector, irregular spraying, leaking or overheated and failed injectors.
